Scientist Bioassays / Immunoassays

Job Description

Combine your scientific expertise and strategic thinking to drive method development and validation

  • Leading and contributing to analytical projects, including the setup, development, transfer, and GMP validation of bioanalytical methods
  • Authoring high-quality scientific documentation such as SOPs, protocols, and reports to support method establishment and compliance
  • Collaborating across functions – working closely within the team, with project managers and QA, as well as directly with customers and suppliers to ensure project success
  • Supporting routine testing activities, including planning and coordination of assays,  GMP-compliant review of data, Stock and reagent management, Training and mentoring of analysts, Hands-on lab support when required
  • Taking ownership of laboratory equipment, ensuring qualification, maintenance, and continuous readiness for project work

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with immunoassays (ELISA)
  • Knowledge of enzymatic assays, SPR, CBBA, or gel electrophoresis is an advantage
  • Solid GMP understanding with familiarity in method development, validation, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, USP)
  • Experience with data analysis and statistics (JMP, PLA) is a plus
  • Strong scientific writing skills and ability to think strategically
