Lab Technician Bioassays / Immunoassays

Job Description

Join our dedicated lab team and contribute to advancing life-changing therapies in a GMP environment

• Performing a variety of bioanalytical assays (mainly ELISA and other plate-based assays, with opportunities to work on cell culture, SPR, and gel electrophoresis) in a regulated GMP environment
• Taking ownership of laboratory equipment, including routine maintenance, qualification and ensuring readiness for high-quality project work
• Contributing to smooth laboratory operations by managing reagents, keeping the lab organized, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
• Reviewing raw data in compliance with GMP standards, supporting the accuracy and reliability of study results
• Actively contributing to investigations of GMP deviations, non-conformities, or out-of-specification (OOS) results, helping to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Completed education as Laboratory Technician (or equivalent scientific qualification)
• A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture
• Ability to work independently and reliably, with strong sense of responsibility in a regulated environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German or French is an advantage but not required
