HR Manager Administration (f/m/d), temp. 12 months

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative HR Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about HR, we want to hear from you!

– Support in the entire personnel administration, such as the entry/exit process, including obtaining work permits 
– Preparation of letters of reference
– Absence management

Requirements

– Commercial background with further education in human resources
– Experience in a comparable function
– Independent, reliable and precise way of working
– Quick comprehension, analytical thinking and high quality standards
– Very good MS Office skills
– Native German speaker and good English skills
