24070 (Senior) Laboratory Technician – Analysis and Biophysical Characterization of Biomolecules (100%)

• Sample preparation and analytical testing for customer projects in the area of biopharmaceutical molecules (proteins/peptides) and ATMPs (LNPs, AAVs, RNA) using spectroscopy
• Analysis, documentation and preparation of analytical results and support/guide laboratory colleagues to efficiently carry out their projects
• Periodic testing and organization of maintenance for instruments in a qualified environment
• Integrate and work in a mixed team of 10 people (technicians & scientists) using techniques such as AUC, AF4-MALS, CD as well as UV Absorbance, Fluorescence, FTIR, DLS, SEC-MALS and nanoDSC
• Work in GMP-environment (e.g. method development and validation studies)
• Support preparation of documents in English such as analytical & quality reports

Requirements

• Training as laboratory technician or equivalent chemical/technical education
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Independent, detail-oriented work style and a team-oriented attitude
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel in Word and Excel
• Strong command of English and German (writer and oral)
