• conducting experiments for feasibility studies, method development and validation for antibodies, proteins and peptides
• acting as point of contact & expert for High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
• establishing HPLC methods in a GMP laboratory
• closely collaborating with laboratory staff, reviewers and scientists
• composing reports, validation documents and SOPs
• building trustworthy relationships with our customers and presenting results & findings
• continuously optimizing workflows and processes

Requirements

• team player, who wants to share their knowledge with our team and improve their personal capabilities
• problem-solving and solid interpersonal skills
• experience with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
• analytical mindset
• background in biochemistry, life science or a similar field 
• experience in feasibility studies, method development and validations 
• knowledge of software such as Chromeleon is an advantage
• high discipline and sense of responsibility 
• English fluency, German is an advantage
