• scientific lead for innovations, assay developments and validations
• analytical processing of development projects and validations
• project and laboratory coordination for cell-based bioassays
• reviewing GMP documentation for cell-based bioassays for routine projects
• writing of documents, like SOPs, protocols and reports
• closely collaborating with customers
• developing new technologies, incl. automation

Requirements

• profound knowledge of GMP analytics 
• at least 5 years of experience working under biosafety level 2
• at least 5 years of experience in performing cell-based bioassays with adherent and suspension cell lines, including primary cultures
• at least 5 years of experience with cell transfections (lipid-mediated transfer, viral transfer)
• at least 5 years of experience in performing assay readouts such as plate reader (absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence), flow cytometry, cell imaging and/or mass spectrometry
• experience with automation of (cell culture-) processes beneficial
• experience in method development of complex bioassays
• knowledge of modern evaluation software and bioassay related statistics
• in-depth knowledge of cell biology / cell biochemistry / molecular biology
• fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
