High Pressure Kilo Lab

Solvias is running a unique kilo lab covering a whole range of reaction conditions. In vessels of up to 50 liters we run reactions up to 300 bar and from –70°C up to 350°C (-94°F up to 662°F).

We have normal pressure reactors and autoclaves of all relevant materials. Typical high-pressure reactions include catalytic hydrogenation applying both homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts, amination, carbonylation, fluorination, phosgenation and vinylation.

Our service ranges from single-step transformations up to about 100 kilograms to multi-step synthesis up to about ten kilograms. Our kilo lab is not only well suited for the manufacture of kilogram amounts of products but also for pilot studies.
