Customer Information: Sales Negotiations with Dottikon ES Regarding Business Unit Synthesis and Catalysis Discontinued
Exclusive talks with Dottikon ES on the potential sale of BU Synthesis and Catalysis were launched on July 26, 2012. Negotiations held since this time failed to reach agreement on a number of key points; Dottikon ES has therefore lifted exclusivity and discontinued the negotiations.
Solvias' stated aim is to always be a reliable partner for our clients. Regardless of the recent negotiations, BU Synthesis and Catalysis will continue to provide its services for our clients without any restrictions and in accordance with all contractual obligations, as previously. Thanks to the existing knowledge, long-standing industrial experience in process development and challenging small volume production, and leading expertise in chemocatalysis, we are able to support our clients in their projects with real added value.
