Solvias takes every care to ensure the accuracy of the information published on its websites. However, Solvias makes no warranty, either express or implied, in respect of the accuracy, reliability, up-to-dateness or completeness of this information.
Solvias expressly reserves the right to alter or remove the content, in full or in part, without prior notice.
In no event will Solvias be liable for any loss or damage of a material or immaterial nature arising from access to, use or non-use of published information, or from misuse of the connection or technical faults.
Links to third party websites lie outside the scope of responsibility of Solvias. Access and use of such websites occur entirely at the user’s own risk. Solvias expressly states that it has no influence whatsoever over the content of any linked website. Responsibility for information and services of linked websites rests entirely with the relevant third parties.
No liability can be accepted in respect of the content of such websites.
Based on Article 13 of the Federal Constitution and the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation, everyone has the right to the protection of privacy, as well as to protection from misuse of their personal details. Solvias complies with these provisions.
Solvias protects the databases from outside access, data loss, misuse or falsification to its best abilities.
If you choose to take up contact with Solvias and register your e-mail address, the e-mail address together with the personal information provided by you is stored in a separate database not connected with the anonymous log files. These data may be stored and processed in Switzerland or any other country where Solvias or its agents are located. These data are used for the sending of e-mails by Solvias or external service providers entrusted therewith by Solvias.
You may delete your registration at any time and accordingly end the sending of any further information to you.
There is no direct access to the database containing personal information. Any queries can be directed to our webmaster responsible for said database at Info@solvias.com.
Further, to collect visitor behaviour data, the Solvias websites use etracker technology (www.etracker.com). The data is collected anonymously to be used for marketing and optimization purposes. All visitor data is saved using an anonymous user ID and can be used to aggregate a usage profile. Cookies may be used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the visitor’s local browser cache. Using such cookies it is possible to recognize the visitor’s browser. The data collected via etracker technology will not be used to determine the personal identity of the website visitor or compiled with personal data pertaining to the user of the pseudonym unless agreed to separately by the person concerned. The collection and storage of data may be revoked at any time with respect to subsequent services.
