Our History

Solvias AG has emerged from a scientific “Competence-Centre“ out of Novartis. Our origins can be traced to the former Ciba-Geigy research centre, which later merged with Sandoz to form Novartis. With increasing focus on the core competences, a spin-off provided us with the opportunity to offer our clients wider access to our services. Solvias AG is a firm in its own right since October 1, 1999.
